Want an easy way to clear your inbox of those annoying spam e-mails? Is your e-mail account on a POP3 server (what's this?)? Are you running Windows 98, 2000, NT 4.0, ME or XP? If so, try ESE Inbox Sweeper. As you use the program, it will learn your friends, your newsletters and other business correspondence. It will also learn spam, even new kinds of spam. The more you use it the smarter it becomes!

This version, 1.0.1, is free. It is free to download and has no restrictions on it at all. The free version is intended to be used for accounts that recieve not more than 100 e-mails per session, but it will handle thousands of e-mails if you wish. If you like the program, I would encourage you to upgrade to the paid version when it is available.

Use the ESE Inbox Sweeper immediately before checking mail with your normal e-mail client. ESE Inbox Sweeper will help you clean out the spam mail before it gets downloaded to the inbox of your e-mail program.

Following is a sample of the main window. The program has downloaded and examined six messages and the user is going to change the action for the last e-mail (with a right-click). When done adjusting the action, just click "Sweep E-Mail Clean" and the program will do the learning and delete any e-mails marked for deletion from the mail server. Then use your normal e-mail client to get your mail, spam free.
